Just needing to share that this office is fantastic! The phlebotomist is very gentle and so very kind! The office staff up front is very warming and welcoming thank you all for what you do p.s. i love dr Ball she is the greatest! -km

Our family had used this ER in 2020 with no issues. January of 2021 I went to the ER. Treatment & care was okay. Our problem is with billing. We come to find out we owe the ER Doc because they are not in our insurance network. We did our due diligence to be sure we were using an in network facility before going so you can imagine our frustration when we received the bill from the ER Dr. Calling did zero good as the. drs services are billed through a billing service & they stick to a script. We will not use this facility again and I would advise anyone who does to ask questions. So disappointing!

I have only been here once but I though the office people were very friendly. They got me in and out which I appreciate as I am no a fan of going to the Dr. , just like everyone else. My Dr. listened and I think was pretty helpful. I am in for labs now so we shall se how the next visits go. So far a winner !!!
