I didn’t end up using Sunshine restoration for my tenant improvement project for my business, but I worked closely with Juan, The project manager, who is very informative and helpful. He took the time to also attempt to work with me on the price, correct routes to potentially take for the plan and was very responsive to my questions. I ended up using A family friend for the project. If I had not used a family friend, I would’ve definitely Worked with Juan and his team.

Everyone we worked with was great, but Juan Ramirez of our reconstruction team was very communicative, responsive and went out of his way to keep us informed. Great company.
Everyone was great to work with! They were there and working within an hour of my water leak discovery. Very easy to work with, handled the liaison with the insurance and made several upgrades while doing the repairs. The work was done well and to my satisfaction. I’ll use them in the future.
