Ray is my hero. After getting the runaround from my home warranty company when my AC went out in the middle of June I frantically called everyone down the line. Some answered with dates days down the line, some didn't answer or return calls at all. One wanted to charge me $850 AN HOUR. I guess they heard a frantically ill woman on the phone who didn't want her or her boyfriend who has COPD to end up in the hospital and thought they could take half her months income. Great service on installation of new heating/AC for our cabin in Pine, AZ. From getting bid to clean-up, the crew was great. They were timely in responding and timely with installation.

Very satisfied with the heating service I received from R&R. Ray and his assistant were pleasant and knowledgeable in their diagnosis of my issue. They located the problem (mouse nest inside the unit!), and resolved. Saved a lot of money versus the other company that said I had a bad board which they couldn't source, and my only choice was to buy a new unit!
