After open heart surgery, nebulizer was delivered to my house in Payson, was told no charge insurance covers it. 6 months later I get bill from Lincare (preferred homecare) for a rental fee! Impossible to get a person at 480# or 888# I gave up after waiting for 45 minutes for rep to answer (billing and every other dept) they were closed. Had answering service. Ridiculous way to operate a company.
Joyce and Kym are very kind and professional. They have extremely limited staff in Payson (i.e. two employees, one of which is being trained), and so I greatly appreciated how these gals were able to do everything in a timely matter with smiles on their faces!
