Had J Pratt and his team out to my second home in Strawberry, AZ to replace my existing furnace with an HVAC split unit. It was a fairly custom setup due to the location of the unit and existing ductwork. The quality of the work was superb, the price was fair, and I can't say enough good things about how they operate. They communicate well, the guys are timely, and everyone was super friendly and professional. All the guys were great, and Jake was especially detailed in his work, clearly making quality a top priority. Really appreciate everyone. Highly recommend J Pratt!

Great service. I had this company install new HVAC system for my place in Pine. They call prior to the installation date with approximate time that they will arrive. They showed up in between the time window they gave me. Their price was reasonable. They used my existing ducts. They took 1/2 a day to install my new HVAC. I had to have them come out the following week to add an additional vent in one of my rooms. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. Outstanding service and extremely helpful. We had the heat go out in the evening. Called Jeremy and he squeezed us in to a full schedule the very next day! He made sure it was fixed and working. We are now so warm and happy. Thank you for Jeremy! Love the way you run your business!!
