Had an appointment for an MRI on Saturday at 9:30 am and received a call inviting me to come in early if possible so I got there a little before 9am. Clint was the imaging technician and wow, was he great at his job.
I think I was on my way home before 10am.
It was a terrific experience and I can highly recommend Banner imaging for anyone who needs an MRI.
Everyone in the office is so kind! The tech genuinely cares, I was scheduled a diagnostic mammo and ultrasound 3 weeks after a diagnostic mammo, the tech caught that and came to talk to me, I didn't know I could refuse the mammo and still get the ultrasound, she reassured me that I could and kept me from exposing myself to more radiation.
Outstanding medical staff. Incredibly good experience for me and I suffer with ptsd and vasovagel, which makes these type appointments very hard. The kindness and thoughtfulness of each staff member was just outstanding. I started to send a text as I waited and could not get it finished because they were so quick between each step I had for today. Truly blown away by this experience!
