Outstanding medical staff. Incredibly good experience for me and I suffer with ptsd and vasovagel, which makes these type appointments very hard. The kindness and thoughtfulness of each staff member was just outstanding. I started to send a text as I waited and could not get it finished because they were so quick between each step I had for today. Truly blown away by this experience!
I had my first mammogram done here today. ALL of the staff were incredibly kind, professional, caring, and even had great sense of humors! Stacy the tech was so gentle and caring and it was a pleasant procedure. Highly recommend these ladies!
My doctor ordered the mammo and bone density tests, Banner called me to schedule and I went there on 4/11/22. This is the 2nd year I've gone for my imaging there and have never had anything but wonderful, caring people doing the scheduling, paperwork upon arriving and the testing. I usually go down to Mesa but this was far more convenient and less time consuming, I'd definitely use them again. It sounds like the problem is in the phone system/customer service end unfortunately. Thankfully, I didn't have to call them.
