Charise was so relatable and patient with me and she also made me feel open sharing about myself. Prior to our meeting, I had never done this or any kind of therapy before so I did not know what to expect. She was open in providing me plenty of information of what was going to happen, what would be expected of me and how I could get the most out of our sessions. She’s gone the extra mile and given me recommendations of local therapists I can connect with, and I’m very thankful!
