The rooms are very clean, with good water pressure in the showers, exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and high-powered toilets. Guests can cast to the TV to watch what they want, adding to the comfort. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always smiling, making the experience even better. The property is well-kept and stunning, with a lovely pool and cabana. Visitors enjoy the peaceful mountain setting and the resort’s beautiful atmosphere. However, room service can improve, as some guests had to ask for soap refills and tray pickups. Overall, with amazing rooms, spectacular service, and beautiful amenities like Jade pools and the spa, guests often want to return again and again.
