This was a surprise for myself and family members. The hotel/spa itself is beautiful, but the attention to client could be better. I felt that everything was rushed. Get you in and out. 50 mins is more like 40. We got a massage, then had time for ourselves, lunch and then a scheduled body polish. I’ve been to multiple spas around the world and for this to be one of the best in Scottsdale (and pricey) was a disappointment. Staff is super friendly, but one should never feel rushed during a treatment.

I loved my afternoon at Joya. The entryway is absolutely beautiful, with interactive elements that ease you into a wellness mindset. The locker and shower areas were spacious and comfortable. The hammam ritual room was a real surprise—the gentle warmth was perfect after my massage. Speaking of, I had a fabulous massage that worked my tight areas while also helping me relax.

I had two small complaints. One, that no one greeted me to show me around. I had to find my way around until I found someone to show me where everything was. Second, the terrace pool was the temperature of a hot bathe despite it being 87 degrees outside. I also think it was a touch overpriced....read full review

Hannah was amazing! I loved my Hydrafacial and she was very informative and made my face feel amazing! I saw an immediate difference. I recommend getting the collagen add on for sure. Our server, Emma, at the pool, was very attentive and fun. We had a couples 80 minute CBD massage with the salve add-on and it was incredible! My husband and I both left feeling lighter, relaxed and had no idea how badly we needed this service. I was worried I would be disappointed or uncomfortable going into this experience and that was not the case at all. The view from the spa pool is breathtaking.
