“UPDATE - Got a Very impressivecall from Hannah, asking if there was anything they could do about my negative review. Unlike Ian S (the business owner) who made excuses, Hannah's focus was on Me, saying she was sorry I had a negative experience and asking what they could do to make me feel better. . She did say they had done a thorough review and update, to make sure their focus is on clients and that everyone feels important. She offered to do another review of my Medicare plan when I said that it felt like no one looked it over this last enrollment period. I said that wasn't necessary, as Tammy had done an impressively thorough job in July when a move nessecitated a new plan. At the end of the call I was feeling like I truly am an important person to this company and will give them another chance to keep me as a client for the annual Medicare review. Maintaining a cautiously optomistic opinion and a wait-and-see approach for the future.“
