I will say that no one answers the phone, I called several times and it was just an answering machine. Check in / check out was mediocre, the person at the desk didn't really seem to like being there and finished up a casual conversation with a therapist while I stood there waiting to check out.
However, Lauren, the masseuse was AMAZING! She's very sweet and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She listened to my needs and you can tell she's one that really cares which can be rare. Definitely, definitely recommend her!
Front desk associates are friendly, prebooking enters you into a drawing for a free add on service, and my massage therapist Andi is phenomenal. I can’t say enough positive things about Andi, I’m so grateful that I was matched with her.
Sean did an amazing job in making me feel better after a day of travel and sitting in a conference. I usually get massage massages at home with fairly deep pressure and he did a better massage than mine at home!
