Big thanks to Delio and his team for taking excellent care of our 2016 Cadillac Escalade. We towed our boat down from Park city Utah And the car was overheating when we were climbing up hills. Delio Diagnosed the problem, took care of everything while we were out for four days on a houseboat, and the car ran perfectly when we got back. Delio, Eric, and Espy were great. Our Sprinter RV lost power in Page. They found the hidden leak in the Mercedes turbo-diesel intercooler hoses, ordered parts with upgraded clamps and had us going the next day when the parts arrived. As a retired engineer, Eric impressed me with his understanding of this engine and how the powertrain controllers influence output. Everyone was helpful and gracious.
