Customers have praised the salon's immaculate vibes, friendly and thorough service, and exceptional massages during pedicures. One visitor, who was in town visiting family, described the experience as the "best foot/leg massage ever" and highly recommended the salon.
Another customer, new to the area, had tried several other nail salons before finding Universal Nails & Spa, and was impressed by the staff's professionalism, relaxed atmosphere, and the quality of the manicure, which was the best the customer had received in years.
I just went to Universal Nails & Spa for the first time on a recommendation from a friend and had a great experience. I got a pedicure and the service was wonderful. I’m postpartum with no help right now, so I brought my infant and 2-year-old with me, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The salon is very clean and well-ventilated. I highly recommend it and plan on coming back.
Tina is the absolute best at manicures! If you are tired of going all over and trying to find your spot for nails this is it! And for pedicures, Annie. You won't be disappointed.
Mia was awesome! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get my nails done before the weekend. Mia looked at some pictures of what I wanted and talked to me about my style. She was quick and efficient. My nails are SO cute! Highly recommend
