Although the overall service is good, the nail salon manager (a man) is rude and has a temper. Two months ago, he yelled at a woman customer and told her to leave for taking too long to decide her nail polish color. I am disabled and cannot remove my socks on my own, unless I use a special device at home. The manager kept telling me to remove my socks, which I tried to explain but he would not listen. I felt humiliated in front of the other salon customers. I will start going elsewhere.

I loved my experience at this salon. The nail tech was very detail oriented and my nails came out great. I have been at other salons where it didn't seem to matter if you had an appointment but here, they were very prompt and keep a detailed appointment book. Tip: Cash-only tips. The CVS at the end of the strip mall has an ATM.

Thank goodness for Jenny!!! I had my nails done at another place and he did an awful job but I found Universal Nails and I am so happy that I did. My nails look fantastic and the place was so clean. Jenny will be my nail woman from now on!!!
