Getting the jump start I need! Clean facility, great equipment, diverse training staff, friendly members. Love the semi-private option…ideas, motivation, and gentle accountability. On my 6th week. Excited to try a meta-fit session soon!
I waited 3 months to write this review, as I often find the initial “wow” factor wears off over time. This hasn’t been the case with Block Fitness. The coaches are excellent and supportive of your fitness goals as well as your overall well-being. Ethan’s expertise in programming has reduced my pain, increased my strength, and improved my mental health. Lizzy and Shaylin are great at being supportive when I am having a tough day. Juliet goes out of her way to make sure my setup is correct and offers to spot me. James encourages me to try heavier weights and challenge myself. This is ‘The People’s Gym”. Welcoming every age, demographic, and skill level. The support from the trainers each day is unprecedented. They are attentive, adjust, and teach based on each individuals needs. The energy throughout each hour is contagious. Supportive and positive in every way. Highly recommend.
