The technician was at my house first thing in the morning, identified the problems, photographed the problem, showed it to me, and made the repairs. Friendly knowledgeable technician. Cleaned up the unit, installed a new filter all for a reasonable price.
I highly recommend Santa Cruz Heating and Cooling. We had a new unit installed and they did excellent work. Hiram was very responsive and the crew was hard working and great. They are also very fairly priced. We are very pleased and grateful for our new AC.
Awesome professional service once I called them they were there in like less than 30 minutes to years ago they installed our AC and it’s been running excellent till now because of our fault we messed up the motor because we didn’t clean the filter but they came out and fixed right away I really didn’t have to shop around because two years ago when they installed the air conditioner, I had called like five different places for the air conditioner to get installed, and they were the cheapest and quickest option thank you gentlemen awesome job thanks
