The staff listens attentively, answers questions, and offers suggestions to help plan a loved one's funeral. They offer support and guidance during a difficult time, making families feel like part of the family.
The only positive time Mom's passing was the time Martinez Funeral Chapel was involved. The burden was lifted when I realized everything was taken care of. Jackie was up front about pricing and a good listener. They have a nice building that's been hidden by freeway construction, but is spacious and comforting. Emma provided solid post funeral resources that I was unable to find elsewhere.
