I am so impressed with this service. I was getting my car washed at Jackson car wash on Gilbert and Germain. Rob P noticed the crack in my windshield and helped me get the service set up with my insurance. He was so helpful and vey considerate.

Our daughter shattered sliding glass door by throwing a small rock at it. We called all over and they wanted to charge us 1k-2k for replacing the whole sliding door. Then we came across The Jackson Glass. We spoke with Colette and asked her if they could replace just the one glass side that was damaged in the double paned door, she said of course! The owner came out today and did a wonderful job! They were professional and quick and it cost us only a 3rd of what we would have to pay otherwise! Highly recommend!

We had 7 windows and a sliding door installed for our newly purchased home and it really turned around the stature of our humble place. Colette was incredibly kind and patient with us over the phone, during the free estimate, and through the ordering process. The brothers/dynamic duo were efficient, careful, and concerned with quality over the install, even through the tricky spots on our aged home. Both even came out multiple times separately prior to ordering for measurements and planning to get it just right.
