I had them put my cat down the other day. From the moment I walked through the front door I felt like I was doing the right thing. I was immediately put in a room with my cat for a few minutes before I heard a light tap on the door. The door opened and I swear the blonde girl that came in the room looked like an angel. She carefully took my baby out of the cage and wrapped her in a blanket and promised me that she was in good hands. I couldn't go into the room that they put her down in but felt completely comfortable handing her over to this angel. We have been with Dr. Sarah and her team for many many years! Will continue to remain. Colleen knows my girls by name and always takes real good care of them through big things like dental surgery or small things like toenail clips. Tammy, always make sure to get us scheduled!
The staff are amazing. Last month I had to put my dog Cooper down and they have an amazing inviting room set up. The experience was like being at home and although it was hard on my boys and me loosing Cooper, we had privacy and each step the staff was there.
