As Canadian Snowbirds, we had lots to learn about the tax consequences of the sale of our second home in Arizona. Our realtor wasn't very knowledgeable about the needs of Canadian sellers. Clint was referred to us by our Escrow Agency and helped us obtain our ITIN's and submit our FIRPTA forms. Being from Canada we were somewhat overwhelmed with the spectre of having to file a return to the US government. We were fortunate to have our real estate agent forward Clint's contact information to us. We had a single in person meeting where Clint explained the process in layman's terms and let us know the additional information he would require.
