I drive all the way from safford which is about 50 miles when I need medical attention. The staff has always been very kind , thoughtful & thorough. Gila Health Resources has been my only primary care provider since 2007 . I have never had the desire to go elsewhere
In a rural area, we don't have many resources. But these people are always so kind. They help you and make you as comfortable they can. And they are honest to let you know if the care you need exceeds what they can cater to.
I was just "Googling" Gila Health Resources on the web to look up their phone number, and I noticed that supposedly the clinic is rated one star. I believe that two people are actually rating a particular doctor, Smerglia, and I don't know him. So, the Google Rating is misleading. If you notice their Facebook Rating is MUCH higher.I just wanted to say that I have lived in Morenci about one year now. My husband and I have 9 children, so we tend to be in the Gila Heath Resources Clinic often, from well child visits and camp physicals, to sicknesses and injuries.
