Not impressed with communication between us. Called and emailed on May 14th. Replied on the 16th. At dinner time on the 17th he said He'd be here in a half hour. 2- hrs later a no show. Text him on what's up. No answer. Replied 2-days later to come over to see job. I have got a job contracted. I realize these guys are busy. I would think a $1000 job was at least worth a little more courteous reply. But that's just me. First impressions are a good sign of there work. There's a few guys I did get a reply. One replied in 24-hrs. He got the work. You don't need to settle for second hand service. The good guys are out there. It's a little tough... read full review

Neal has done thousands of dollars worth of rehab due to my renters being less than well behaved. The extensive rehab was done on time and on budget.
