Hubby and I went in to ask questions and Danielle at the front desk was awesome. She called Brooke out to help us find out if our insurance was accepted and what it covered. Brooke was fabulous. She spent at least half an hour on the phone figuring out benefits and deductibles and stuff. And we’re not even patients there…YET. They apparently have a Loyalty Program available for people who don’t have insurance. My husband will check into that. I have Medicare so I will check into dental coverage with that. I will do a review update as soon as we get our first exam and evaluation by the doctor.
Our family has been going to Whiting Dental in Mesa for many years now. They have a great team, very professional and equally important very personable. Always a pleasure being there even when the “dental” reason may not be so fun. Dr. Whiting is super intent about not hurting you and yet still does an excellent job with whatever the procedure happens to be. This is also true of the dental hygienists as well. Great staff and great service by all from the first sing in to the final checkout. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy to be back at Whiting Dental. Dr. Whiting takes care of business and I appreciated how he helped me on the same day of my appointment get a whole new crown. Within a couple hours I walked out with a perfectly aligned crown! My new crown was a perfect fit and no adjustments needed. That was a first for me! I felt so much better and within a short time had my cleaning and now feel like my mouth is back on track to health again! The kind staff from front desk to back office with the hygienists and Dr. is so low stress. I highly recommend this practice.
