In 2024, our family unexpectedly lost our mother & 6 months later, I lost my son. I have contacted many other headstone companies, but had a hard time customizing what our family wanted without breaking the bank. From the time of our initial appointment to the completion of the two headstones has been a smooth process. Daniel and his dad (Pavel I think his name is) do top notch work. From the customary headstone being the best quality on the market to customer service and the price is very reasonable. I'm so glad we found this place esp in our time of grievance.
Western Monument was absolutely amazing in their exceptional customer service. They listened, were patient and understanding during our difficult time, and the finished product of our mother's monument was absolutely beautiful. Western Monument went above and beyond what we wanted.
*Update*07/13/21Pavel had informed me though email the headstone I had ordered was completed. He attached some photos to the email as well.I was really impressed with the photos ov the work he had done. But the pictures did not do the headstone justice, you have to see the work in person to really appreciate what Pavel can do. Although it was way pass the estimated completion date, I am very glad I chose Pavel to create the headstone. Price is very reasonable, Pavel is very creative with his designs.
