Dan, the owner contacted me to let me know that a technician would be out right away to see why my a/c unit would not work…(in the AZ heat). Isaiah fixed the problem promptly. Wow, where to begin! My AC went out July 3rd, and the owner Dan showed up July 4th morning, pumped freon in it, but said he wasn't sure how long it would last, our unit is 22 years old. 2 weeks later, my unit died. They were quick to respond, and gave me a bid for a whole new unit which I needed. The new unit was installed within 1 morning. His team were incredibly quick, and even vacuumed & cleaned up after themselves! Good to have fresh AC in July! They also now service my business AC units, which we desperately need to keep our equipment cool. Great job Ultimate Air!!

Nothing but amazing things to say about Ultimate Air! I first used them about 8 years ago with my first property and they did an excellent job helping a very old AC keep trucking. Now, at a different property, we purchased a new AC from them and had such a smooth install. About a month in, we noticed it wasn’t cooling, so we called in and they were out within a couple hours. They diagnosed the problem (a factory defect; no fault of Ultimate Air), replaced the coolant, and contacted the manufacturer. We had to wait to hear what the manufacturer would say, but in the meantime Ultimate Air came out and checked on the system every few days to make sure we were taken care... read full review
