Lamar, the tech was highly professional and courteous. He addressed all of my concerns, keeping me informed along every step. Would definitely recommend Tri State to everyone for all A/C and heating needs.

So far, I don’t have any issues with this company. They were very polite answered my questions tried to give me some advice. I appreciate it, but I haven’t really used them yet so I will give a review later.

Once again Tri State came to our rescue. We woke up today to no air on our first floor. We are in the middle of a high heat advisory for the next week. To say I was freaking out is an understatement. I reached out to Tri State and within 2 hours they had someone out to repair it. They now have twice helped us. They are honest and fair. Without a doubt I would refer them to anyone. Thanks again for saving the day!
Edit to add- I read the other review that was negative and after looking at the comments saw that the real owner, not the man who answered the phone, made everything right. When I first read that review I thought the guy must be talking about the wrong company.... read full review
