Brought my 3 daughters (ages 9 (twins) and 5) in to get their ears pierced today. Lois was absolutely amazing with them. She was super patient and calm and knew all things to do/say to bring their anxiety down. Super sanitary and clearly knowledgeable on best practices for piercings. Highly recommend!
Yesterday my 4 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Lois at her shop, Transcend Beauty Studio. Lois was so kind and patient with her and it went so much better than we had anticipated! Lois was quick and efficient while my daughter was distracted by watching Paw Patrol. There were no tears, not even a flinch! This morning she woke up and one of her earrings had come out overnight- of course I went into panic mode when I couldn’t find the earring. I messaged Lois ASAP and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. I truly can’t thank her enough!!! If a piercing is happening in your near future, I HIGHLY recommend Lois! She was professional, kind and was so good with our little. 🤗 Thank you so much for making this a great experience for our little one!!! 🤍
Lois was excellent! She did an amazing job with my tattoo, and even letting me adjust the size/placement! Her space was super clean, organized, and sanitary too! 10/10 Definetly going back!! ❤️
