When the sales person came to my house I gave him my SRP account number to use for the rebate. I was told they would vacum every thing up when they were done putting in the insulation. Day of service, they showed up 10 minutes early, good start. They asked me why I did not empty my closet where the entrance to the attic is. I said the sales person told me I did not have to. They were not happy about that but put plastic up to protect everything. After they were complete I heard them vacuming. I was on an important phone call so I could not go and check everything out. They showed up on time and spent about 5 hours insulating my attic and completing all the tasks that were promised. They also had some insulation left over so they gave me more than what was agreed upon.
We had a great experience with this insulation company from start to finish. Caden, who handled the estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions.
The installation crew did an excellent job as well. They were efficient, respectful of our home.
