The employees were very helpful. The hardwood selection and inventory could be improved.
But the store continues to be disorganized. Finding incorrect products in the bins wastes customer's time.

This review is for Patric. I don't normally review franchise locations like this only local businesses. I'm a pretty tough customer, Patric showed me how to navigate the sale on Thanksgiving, I wound up spending $500+ but getting 4 Milwaukee tools even with the batteries. I feel strongly that if he was not there that day I would not have bought anything.
The store manager Adam went above and beyond to help us locate us a Mickey and Minnie nutcracker set. He not only called the other local stores but problem solved with us every way he knew how. Even if we don’t get the displays, his dedication and efforts sealed the deal for me and made it all worth it.
