Miguel from Grizzly came out to replace our custom-sized window under warranty, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, and worked quickly without cutting any corners. The new window fits perfectly, and I really appreciated that he cleaned up everything afterward, leaving the area spotless.
