Shannon DPT has earned trust with excellent care and unique procedures. Mark is a pleasant and patient young man, always asking how exercises feel and listening when more is asked for. He explained what to do to make knees stronger and helped with alternative methods for home use. Mark was helpful when asked about a knee brace for pickleball. He is a people person.
My first time at Core for PT. There is plenty of parking. Check in was easy and the wait was short. Shannon is my therapist. She had read my history and looked at the X-rays before I arrived. She asked questions and took notes. She explained how and why for each exercise. Shannon is very professional and knowledgeable. At the end of my appointment, she gave me a print out of my exercises to do at home. I was able to make appointments for the next month and they even print out the list. The area is clean and organized. I would recommend this office and Shannon for PT.
Came in just a few days after knee surgery with a lot of pain and even more nervous energy. Molly made sure to ease my fears about the healing process, validated my pain (which I felt no one else had in the month since my injury), and pushed me enough to see progress which gave me confidence. I look forward to working with her throughout my healing journey.
We did not have a lot of interaction, but I’ve been to therapy quite a bit and knew what I was doing and he was helping facilitate the process. I liked having Mark as a therapist.
