After visiting I assumed my loved ones would honestly have such a good time. The name tender heart is the opposite of what I was described by my loved one. I never would have put them there if I knew they would cry so much.
Within two weeks I found out the caretaker was leaving early leaving my friend with Dementia alone for the rest of the 8hr shift. Even after I came home early from work and she knew I busted her she still fudged her timecard and still had me charged for the full 8hr shift both days I knew she went home early. Make sure you put in cameras to watch these caretakers when using this company.
Hiring this company was the biggest mistake ever and if I could give them no stars I would. If you are looking for a reliable, honest company to care for your loved one, trust me, this isn't it.I originally hired THHC in early September to care for my father. My first impression was a professional company endorsed by the VA that expressed confidence in their ability to take on my father's case and help him with his in home needs. At first, things went pretty smoothly but that quickly changed. Over the four months that that THHC was in charge of his care needs there were numerous occasions where his caregivers were late or just didn't show up and left my father unattended....read full review
