The plumber they sent was a skilled, professional, and easy to communicate with. His work was excellent, and I’m extremely pleased with the final results. However, the scheduling process left a lot to be desired. The person coordinating appointments did not communicate clearly, failed to relay the full scope of the job to the plumber, and did not follow through with contacting building management as promised. While I’d give the company three stars overall due to the scheduling issues (which are an important part of the service), the plumber himself deserves six out of five. Thanks to his exceptional work, the overall experience was a positive one.
Called them to fix a family member’s bathroom, all kinds of plumbing issues, and they were super friendly and cooperative to work with. It was kind of an emergency situation before my family went out of town, so I am incredibly grateful they were available and at such a good price. Clear communication, fair pricing, and competent and professional. Would definitely recommend, and use again if needed.
