This was my first appointment and I was very impressed with how thorough Tara was. She reviewed my symptoms and explained the treatment. She answered all my questions, and even sent me a specific stretching exercise. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a therapist.
Just had a massage today and Tara was amazing! I mostly went in because I have neck, shoulder and back pain from my job and it had been a long time since I’ve had a massage. My boyfriend gifted me this experience for Mother’s Day and it was my first 90 minute massage. I didn’t currently have much pain but she still really worked the areas I usually have pain in and I feel much less tense after the session. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Oh and the hot stones were also an amazing addition to the massage. I will definitely need to go back very soon and plan on gifting my boyfriend one too! Thank you again Tara!
There’s a reason there are only 5 star reviews on here! Tara is very professional and communicates well with any issue areas on the body you might have. Left feeling much better than when I arrived. I will be going back!
