I have been bringing our dry cleaning here for years, and I have always been treated kindly. They even rushed cleaning shirts because I needed them early to go out of town. I also have had many dresses, skirts, swimsuits, men's suits etc altered there, and she has always done a fantastic job! I've hated on this place in the past, it's true. I avoided them for a few years after a weird incident where they wrote my name on my shirts. But a few weeks ago I had a huge pile of shirts needing laundered and they were available and willing. I counted my items before delivering them, I gave clear simple instructions, and I counted my items when I collected them. Dress shirts are pretty simple and that probably helped me have a good experience - it's not like we were laundering a wedding dress or something.They were cleaned and pressed very well and I am very happy with the service. I will be returning.
