A great experience, way better than massage. I've never been flexible and less so as I age. I've visited the Stretch Zone Mesa for about 6 weeks. I feel better in general, play pickleball and tennis better and find every-day things to be easier.

I have been going to stretch zone for a little less than three weeks and I can’t tell you how amazing I feel I have been suffering with lower Back and leg pain due to degenerative disc disease and the stretch has made so much of a difference in my life. It’s awesome and I will continue to go can’t say enough about this and I have tried so many modalities and this by far is the most effective.

Sadie is so delightful. She listens & knows her stuff. I suffered from terrible migraines daily for over 2 decades. Had issues with my hip from multiple child births and I've never felt better. I haven't had a migraine in 3 months!
