I love the vibes the office gives off and Ari so empathetic and understanding. Super friendly too! I've been coming in for a few months now for assisted stretches. I like how this is a private stretch experience because I feel like I can relax and focus on myself. I also like how she listens to your needs and makes you feel comfortable in your own body.

Ari is great at stretching you overall but she also helps you find out the reason behind specific areas of pain and then works on those muscles even more thoroughly. The room is relaxing and enjoyable. She does a great a job and the price you pay is honestly a great deal. I will definitely be continuing to schedule with her.
