Words are not enough to express my appreciation to Casey and this company. Casey responded to my plumbing issue immediately. His knowledge and expertise helped me in my decision to replace my toilets. Toto is by far my favorite toilet and my experience with this brand has been their reliability and problem free functioning. Toto toilets are what he installed. Casey was kind, patient and able to explain everything to me. He caught an issue with a flange not being installed correctly and promptly fixed it. My bathrooms were spotless after they were done and I intend to continue to utilize their plumbing services.
