The Dr is good the staff is rude. On hold for literally 10 min just to reschedule an appt. Finally hung up and called back. I requested no hold this time and was just told 5 people were ahead of me and got put back on hold for several more minutes. Finally hung up, no more time to waste. ‍ They need to hire more people and make sure they're courteous!

I had the most unpleasant experience at CAI. The gal at the desk was LOUD, rude, and condescending. I asked a simple question and she turned it into a fiasco of loud talking, dramatics with arm slinging. She miscued the question completely. She took her miscued information to the lady in the insurance office. This went on for the entire appointment, back and forth each time with dramatics all in the waiting room in front of everyone. This gal was either under the influence of a drug or she is mentally ill. No one is that unprofessional otherwise. This is a medical office where people are ill and do not want this type of behavior from any staff member. This was outrageous conduct on her part. Embarrassing to me. Therefore, I never got to speak to the gal in the insurance billing office. I called CAI after arriving home to speak to the office manager and had to leave a message. Have not received a call back and do not expect to. I see my cardiologist on the 15th and just may relate to him how I was treated. Doctors need to know how staff is treating their patients.

Dr Chaudhry was wonderful, but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. From January until March the authorization girl did not get back to me after repeated calls and text messages. I need an appointment to have an angiogram after tests show that I have a blockage in my heart. So, I made another appointment to talk to the doctor about this and when I went in for that, I was kept in the waiting room, watching numerous people that came in after me get called back. This was after standing in line to check in while the front office girl spent forever visiting with the patient in line ahead of me. There was no sign in sheet, so I had to wait. This caused my check in time to be late. I asked for my copay back and am looking for another Cardiologist to do the angiogram.
