“I was so anxious when I found a number of roof shingles in my yard after THREE severe storms in a month in the Phoenix area. I am a senior on a fixed income. My house has a complicated roof anatomy with the original house a Craftsman style from 1921 and an addition from 2008. The person who built the addition put a new roof over the old roof! I was always VERY worried about leaking there. In the last storm it rained into my house through my skylight! I met Taylor Thompson by chance when he was in the neighborhood estimating roof repairs for my neighbors and introduced himself to me because we had a great mutual friend. I asked him to check my roof out since I had found those shingles that morning! He said I needed a replacement on both my home and the free-standing garage! He assured me that could fix my roof and would negotiate with the insurance company for me! All I can say is Taylor, Lexie and Cory went above and beyond to repair my roof, helped me get the cost covered, and leave my house more beautiful! The new shingles even have a 30yr warranty! I had rotted eaves and when the old roof was removed some rotted original roof decking. They worked with me very generously so I could pay for the extra materials and work. The workers who did the roofing worked so hard and were diligent in care and cleanup. I cannot say enough about the exemplary way that Exterior Plus handled the communication with my insurance company, bent over backwards to help me get this all done and addressed my fear and left me with a more beautiful and secure new roof. I recommend them to anyone, and if they could do such a great job on my complicated roof i am sure there is no roof they cannot leave even better than it was when new! I am so impressed with the quality of the job they all did, the genuine desire to do the best possible job, and the kindness and patience they treated me with!

Your sales rep Nathan Kenney went above and beyond explaining the product and process of installation. Educating us with samples of the product. Even showing a 3D model of our house on his laptop during his explanation. What we appreciated most, was the like ability of Nathan. He spoke to us like a human being, not trying to push the product on us for a sale. He was very knowledgeable and honest with his opinions. I’ve turned down other services due to sales reps not conducting themselves in a professional manner, or just being too pushy. I can tell Nathan takes pride in what he does, and it shows.
