We are so beyond grateful for who we chose to help us through this difficult time. Ryan gave us so much kindness, love and patience. He was so sweet in explaining every step to not only us but our kids, Roper welcomed him into our home with her tail wagging and a huge hello to Ryan! He took such good care of our baby and was so beyond sweet. His wife made us te beautiful paw prints and clay prints! These two are angels. Roper we love you to the moon and back and to infinity and beyond. You're home with us forever!
It was so wonderful to have this service when it was time. Our sweet pancake was a rescue we had in our lives for almost 14 years. he was a therapy dog for our children and foster children alike. The care and time taken was so wonderful. We were able to send him off after his peanut butter cup experience. The rest of our pack was able to be there and I was able to hold him during the transition. My family will use this service when the next time comes. Thank you so much.
The saddest moment of my life was also beautifully done. Ryan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, but gently, and gave all the time we needed to say goodbye. He was so kind to our sweet boy and remained empathetic through the whole process, even when they the returned the ashes. This is the way to say goodbye.
