About Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Based on the reviews, Roto-Rooter is a plumbing company with very good customer service. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They explain everything clearly so the customer understands the work. The team works efficiently and is very focused. They do great work and clean up well afterward, leaving the area spotless. Some technicians, like Casey, Jeff.T, John Pierce, and Jayden, are excellent, super helpful, and efficient. They deliver the best work and are understanding of stressful situations. However, the service call is very expensive, and the mark up on materials is nearly double the cost. Despite the high price, many customers would recommend Roto-Rooter based on the excellent service and care provided by the team.

I had a great experience with the Roto-Rooter technician who came out to my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly so I could understand what was going on, and he made sure the work was done properly.
What I appreciated most was how clean and thorough he was — he left the area spotless when he finished. That level of care really stood out to me.
Overall, this was excellent service, and I truly appreciate the help. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter based on this experience.
