In my 25 years in AZ I have gone through several pest control companies, I have found there is a difference contrary to my belief. From signing up with Holden to the tech Jairus, all I can say is it's just a different experience .... It's like I went back in time with this company! Customer service seems to be a lost art .... Great price for a fantastic service. I had to reschedule my appointment and the office was fantastic about following up with me. They absolutely went above and beyond. Jairus called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was very thorough and checked in to see if there was anything additional we may need. Additionally, you have to option to schedule monthly services for no additional cost. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
