Coming home from vacation to discover while we were gone the air conditioning had gone out. It had been a super long day of flights and it was a blistering hot Phoenix day. Tony arranged for someone to come out the next evening as it was already late. Thank god I had a portable air conditioner in the garage for emergencies, so we could cool the bedroom. J.D. arrived on time and stayed in our 160 degree attic for 45 minutes fixing the issue. Towards the end of his attic visit, I wasn't sure he would make it out.
