I don't write yelp reviews, but I want to highly recommend Rainforest plumbing and air. Special shout out to Nikki, she's awesome, on the ball, conscientious and friendly. Ebbie, the service manager has really taken care of me. Everyone has been great, and patient with my questions and educating me how to protect your plumbing and hvac investments. As a landlord, the "cabana club" might be a terrible name, but it is a convenient, affordable preventative program - regular checkups to regularly replace the air filters and keep pipes clear. Nikki makes it super easy to schedule these with my tenants and gives me updates. I had compared Rainforest to a few other big companies on price and service for a new HVAC and also to buy a water softener, and Rainforest was far better in price and response times. After many years of struggling to keep our dinosaur of an air conditioner alive we finally asked Rainforest Plumbing to install a new one. They came through with flying colors - from getting the new unit to us very quickly - to following up with customer satisfaction when the Job was done.
