I called Rainbow Plumbing and talked with Savel Castro, who had done some work for me in the past. I had a shower that no hot water would come out after I flushed my water heater. Apparently, some debris had migrated from the water heater and lodged itself into the shower cartridge, blocking the hot water outlet port. I attempted to repair this myself but couldn’t get the cartridge removed. Fearing I might make things worse, I called Savel who came out to my house and had the clogged cartridge removed and replaced inside of an hour. This company is outstanding and reasonably priced and I will always use them for any plumbing needs that I may need in the future!

Met Savel while he was in my neighborhood on another jobsite and took his business card. I was impressed with his friendly professionalism. A few months later when I needed a plumber, I called and he showed up the same day to look at my project (bathroom remodel) and give me a quote. He was on time, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and gave me guidance on the best way to handle an unusual plumbing situation I had. Now, several months later, I have another bathroom remodel and I won't even consider another plumber doing the job. I know Savel will make sure it is done right. Savel has my highest recommendation!
