Before the first appointment - her online scheduling system is clear and easy to navigate, she communicates clear pre-treatment prep instructions, she sends a text message day of the first appointment with directions and instructions on how to find her suite within the building.
At the appointment- Shannon makes sure you are comfortable and that the products she is using are good for your needs. She has a warm and loving personality with a brilliant sense of humor.

Shannon is the best, I am 9 months pregnant and was a hairy beast but she made me feel at ease and took such great care of me. She's easy to talk to and I will definitely be going back to see her. I will recommend her to everyone I know that gets waxed or is in need of waxing services. Please go see her, I promise she will take care of you and is hands down the best! Plus she is freaking awesome.

Shannon does an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for waxing services. I get my eyebrows waxed regularly. If I don't I will look like Bert from Sesame Street. I have gone to various nail salons and big box waxing centers to very inconsistent results. Shannon takes time and care and most importantly has the correct education and expertise to sculpt my eyebrows so that they look good each month and grow back in a way that promotes long term consistency.
