Walked in at 9:00pm and we were checked in and brought back within 20 minutes. I didn't even have enough time to sit back down after filling out the front desks paper work before we were being called back. My little had croup cough and was given his medicine and we were on our way. In and out in just about 1 hour. Everyone was so great and attentive and really listened, and they checked our boy all over. Very happy with the quality here and will definitely come back if/when need be! Our boy wasn't too upset about the visit either!
I found this urgent care on my insurance company's website. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seen, and all the care providers were attentive and caring. My daughter was seen by Dr. Ward & Dr. Wade for an eye hemorrhage, and they took the time to listen to her and make her feel comfortable.
It seems most of the negative reviews are billing related, but we haven't received ours yet.
This urgent care is fantastic! I’m Grandson was visiting from out of state and they were able to get him right in. We were so impressed with the Doctor he saw (Hartman I believe). He took more time and care than his pediatrician at home and explained a treatment plan and options in depth. Just amazing!
