My PCP is Anne Reiff and I absolutely love her. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Let me begin by saying that I have worked in healthcare for 9 years. I went to Anne about 3-4 years ago after never being seen by a doctor. She was very comforting, she answered all my questions, and she gave me such good guidance for my medical concerns, she even went above and beyond to discuss GYN related issues that I was afraid to bring up myself. I am currently pregnant and have had an awful time with my insurance (tricare prime) trying to get them to cover referrals for my pregnancy. In a life full of chaos, Anne has been my savior! The nurses and techs are 1st class. The rest of the operation is useless. Communication almost non existent. Followup, no such thing. Renew an RX, good luck. To renew RX you have to schedule a visit. CoPay, & insurance costs for nothing. Just a scam for more billing. Go somewhere else.

It's a bit run-down. But the staff is friendly and helpful. Their phone system is a pain, but once you know an extension (which the medical assistant should give you before you leave from your first appointment) it makes it easier to message people. Dr Konuru is at this location, and she takes time to ask questions and address concerns. They also have an on-site lab that can take blood draws, and administer various tests. Which is very convenient. The tech in there was almost perky. Very friendly, very helpful. My mother-in-law is blind, and she did her best to make it easy on her. We're still going through treatment. Some of their systems could use improvement, but we are comfortable with their staff.
