We did not compare with another contractor, because we had experience with Overson Roofing on different house. Everything was done well, from inspection and estimate, through removal of area that had deteriorated too much and recoating of whole roof. We received all service in timely and friendly manner. Old roofing that was removed was carried away. The temperature was hot, and the removal and installation crew worked very hard in those conditions, and were very considerate and friendly. The job was completed as described. Liked the before and after pictures showing the neededrepairs and the repairs when completed. Site was clean when the crew left.
