I am a former general contractor. Whenever possible, I like to get at least three estimates for any project. Overson’s estimate was the fourth one I solicited. I went up on the roof when Tim, the estimator for Overson, inspected the flat roof on my house. I was impressed with his thorough inspection. Two of the estimates I solicited were very similar in price. While Overson was not the lowest estimate, I found the language in their agreement acceptable and the description of the work to be most complete. The roofing crew was experienced, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The project supervisor, Carlos, listened to my concerns and addressed the areas that I pointed out as current roof issues. He instructed the crew to remove and replace roofing fabric where necessary and added fabric to parapet areas where I suspected there might be leaks. My recoated roof looks beautiful.
